"We have been taking our two dogs to Kacey for years now, and recently we did an extended vacation and were worried how they would be without us for so long. The dogs were happy as clams and were well cared for. We have checked into it and her rates are also competitive to other kennels. We will use Wounded Bear as long as we have dogs!"

"I have a 6month old blue tick coonhound who is quite the juvenile delinquent. Due to my work schedule, I need a safe, clean place for him to be supervised while I'm away. Kasey has been a lifesaver! She is helping him become a well behaved, beloved member of the family. I cant speak highly enough of the facility. It is clean, secure and safe. Its evident that she really spends time with my little guy as his behavior is improving. I am so grateful to have this option available in the Kasilof/Soldotna area. "We have been going to the Wounded Bear Kennels for years and I highly recommend taking your pet there. Our dogs are always happy, safe, we never worry about them while on vacation. The Kennel has a great staff that takes great care of our extended family members! The dogs are always clean, uninjured, and happy when we pick them up. The kennel has large out side kennels for the dogs to exercise in and the indoor kennels they sleep in at night are spacious and kept very clean! You will be very happy you kenneled you pet at Wounded Bear Kennels. Once you Kennel your dog you will be hooked and keep coming back. :)"
